Maintenance complete

Anchor home directory upgrade is complete. Packages were updated on anchor, dq1-4, mainstay, and other servers. An outstanding problem remains with ruby. Time machine and PC/Linux backups are offline until the backup server comes back up. Any other issues please let me know!
