The freeware / open source "Matlab analog" application, "Octave" was installed on anchor. This is the 'latest and greatest' (version 3.0) of Octave, released in Dec-2007. The program has been under development for over a decade; boasts compatability with many features and functions of Matlab (including .m scripts), and is 100% free-open-source software.
