Please note,

There has been a problem in the past ~2 days such that some mail addressed to USER@Dal.ca gets stuck on the UCIS Central mail server, instead of being forwarded on to its intended final destination (such as the Polan mail server)

IF you know your "NetID" you can check for trapped mail as follows:

  1. go to "my.dal.ca" website
  2. login with "net ID" username / password
  3. then click "webmail" button to read messages trapped on that mail server and not yet forwarded out to your polan mail address
