POLAN servers were down for the duration of a power outage, as follows:

• DOWN at 3:42am Sun Nov.4th
• UP at 11:25am Sun Nov.4th

Note that Matlab license server and a number of other services (Shackle backups, Jade workgroup server, PC Cluster -- among them) -- were not fully operational until manual user intervention on Monday AM.
