Severe network issues have resulted in unreliable and inconsistent access to POLAN servers. Approximate disruption periods so far,

• 12noon to 1:30 - most services unusable that cross in / out of POLAN
• 1:30 to 2:30 - many services usable but not optimal, except for some people - for whom services are unusuable
• 2:30 to 3:15 - services "all or nothing" - most people OK, some people not OK
• 3:15 onwards - should be back to normal for everyone
